Frequently Asked Questions

Once you've chosen  a healing session a Zoom conference is scheduled then all that is necessary to prepare is to relax, breathe, wear comfy non-restricting clothing, and observe. Once session is over we will talk about what you observed. We use Zoom video conferencing, and or a phone call . 

Distance doesn't lessen the results of an experience, and varies depending on each person, but there are benefits for everyone. A session can  help relieve pain, improve mobility, promote overall wellness, and can even awaken your own natural healing  abilities. 

Results are unique to each person and cannot be guaranteed, but  you will have a healing experience  you were meant to have, for your highest good.
